After you have sent us the first data and facts about your company (usually the last 3 annual financial statements and the business plan for the next 5 years) we are able to provide you with a serious and sustainable offer. This is the basis for our further discussions.
To underline both our seriousness we are negotiating an LOI in which most of the parameters for the transaction are already negotiated. We stand by our word and do not renegotiate prices unless the due diligence provides exceptional facts. Which, to be honest, is very rare.
We carefully review your business. Don’t worry. Our professional processes keep the effort and burden low. We usually assign only Red Flag DD to reveal the risks to us. The DD is not a means for us to renegotiate prices. Our value of integrity is clearly reflected here. Our team consists of experienced Legal, Tax, Financial and Commercial auditors.
