Our fee structure depends on your project. We charge an engagement fee and a success fee on closing. We do not work on finder fee agreements.

Engagement

Our buy-side engagements begin with a signed agreement. Upon successful closing, our success fee typically ranges from 0.75% to 2.5% of the transaction value. We tailor our proposals to meet the unique needs of corporations  and private equity firms. We’d be glad to discuss how we can support your acquisition goals in a one-on-one consultation.

Preparation

After onboarding we meet for a kick-off workshop to understand your strategic vision and assess how your involvement can create value for the target company. Our team prepares all essential buy-side materials, including teasers, cover letters, and supporting documentation.

Research

We perform a comprehensive market scan based on your defined search criteria. This process draws on a combination of internal and external databases, our extensive and expanding network, direct relationships with business owners, and even in-person representation at industry trade shows. The result is a continuously updated long list of qualified acquisition targets.

Verify

We deliver high-quality, on and off-market acquisition targets by engaging directly with key decision-makers. To ensure a strong fit, we begin with a confidential, one-on-one discussion with each target to validate essential criteria and confirm interest.

Connect

If the target meets most of the key criteria, we prepare a detailed report for your review and coordinate a management call with the seller, moderated by our team. Beyond introductions, we provide full M&A project management, guiding the process through each stage to successful deal closure.
